Booking & Payment

• A 50% booking fee is required to secure your event date.

• The outstanding balance must be paid at least 2 days before the event date.

Package Includes

• Entry for 10 children

• Additional children charged at R100 per child

• 1 x self-catering party venue with a separate braai facility

• Full use of all playground activities

 

Food & Drinks

No outside drinks are permitted on the premises. Drinks are available for purchase at the Kidtopia Shop.

By entering the premises, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Kidtopia Adventures maintains a strict no-refund policy. In the event of rain on the day of your booking, your event may be rescheduled to an alternative available date.

This is an unsupervised play facility. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times while using the facilities.

Indemnity

Kidtopia Adventures, including its directors, employees, representatives, and agents, shall not be held liable for:

• Any injury, harm, accident, or death suffered by any person on the premises

• Any loss, theft, destruction, or damage to personal property or possessions

Participation in all activities at Kidtopia Adventures is entirely voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
